Material Description
60Si2MnA alloy has low element content, high hardenability than 60Si2Mn, high toughness and plasticity, small decarburization tendency, good tempering stability, good hot workability and low cost. 60Si2MnA adopts chemical concentration analysis to analyze the hardness and metallographic inspection methods for the sale of niobium and steel, and analyzes the sudden fracture of the 60Si2GrA slug during the production process. Instead of 60Si2MnA, leaf springs and other medium-sized leaf springs and coil springs for heavy-duty, medium- and small-sized automobiles are manufactured.

Mechanical properties
Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥1372(140)
Hardness: hot rolling, ≤ 321HB; cold drawing + heat treatment, ≤ 321HB
Application of features
60si2mna strength. Hardness. Both elasticity and hardenability are higher than that of No. 65 steel, with a tendency to overheat sensitivity and temper brittleness, and water quenching tends to form cracks. Annealed machinability is acceptable, low cold deformation plasticity, poor weldability. Medium loaded leaf springs, helical springs with diameters of 7-20 mm and spring washers. Spring rings. High wear resistance parts such as grinder spindles, spring chucks, precision machine screws, cutters, spiral roller bearings, rings, railway rails, etc.
